Refund policy

RETURNS

Rally Felt Co. does not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out. We do our best to rectify every situation.

 SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Rally Felt Co. will not issue refunds for cleared subscription renewals. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. You will receive an email approximately three days before your renewal fee is charged.

 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@rallyfeltco.com. If that item is not available, we will offer you another item at the same value. If you opt out of a different item, we will offer you a refund at our own discretion.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
