Shipping and Returns
In stock a-la-carte purchases will ship within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
Monthly Book & Felt Boxes will ship MONTHLY on the 15th (or the next business day after). Note that this includes any given month’s subscription box even when purchased a-la-carte before the 15th. For example: If you purchase the FEATURED Book & Felt Box between the 1st and the 14th of the month, it will ship on the 15th (or the next business day after) with the rest of the monthly boxes. If you purchase it or subscribe on or after the 15th of the month, it will ship in 3-5 business days.
If you purchase additional a la carte sets and/or a Rally Felt Board at the same time as you subscribe, all in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Your first subscription box will ship on the 15th (or the next business day after).
If you purchase a Rally Felt Board at the same time as you subscribe (but no other a la carte sets) we generally hold your Felt Board and ship it at the same time as your first subscription box on the 15th (or the next business day after). If you want it shipped sooner, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
There are occasionally variances in our shipping process. If you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your product, email us at email@example.com
Rally Felt Co. will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. We do, however work to recover or replace all lost items whenever possible.
Rally Felt Co. will not be held responsible for items delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate entry of address or other personal information.
Rally Felt Co. will not be held responsible for delays due to shipping once packages are out of our work space.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)
Customers shipping to Canada will assume all shipping, customs, duties, and importing fees. Rally Felt Co. will not be held responsible for any other fees incurred with international shipping.
Subscription box shipments are free to subscribers within the USA. Rally Felt Boards purchased with a subscription (MUST BE PURCHASED WITH A SUBSCRIPTION USING THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON) are also free in the USA. A la carte orders and all shipments to Canada will be calculated at checkout. Shipping prices are subject to change without warning.
Rally Felt Co. does not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out. We do our best to rectify every situation.
Rally Felt Co. will not issue refunds for cleared subscription renewals. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. You will receive an email approximately three days before your renewal fee is charged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If that item is not available, we will offer you another item at the same value. If you opt out of a different item, we will offer you a refund at our own discretion.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
